Ever since 2006 when Arsenal moved to the Emirates Stadium, the club has experienced mixed fortunes. The playing surface is greener, smoother, fresher and wider than Highbury. It gives the club the best possible platform to play its expansive kind of football.

However, many analyst have argued that the club trophy drought and the relocation to the Emirates have a lot in common. Surely getting used to a new stadium is never going to be easy and the players and the coaches would need time to adapt.

Recently Arsenal made a new record of 12  consecutive away vitories and with West Brom next on line, there is every indication  that it would be 13. However, our dear club has failed to put that kind of consistency at the Emirates.

Many reasons can be attributed to a not too good home record but one of them is definitely the Noise level in the Emirates.

When you hear the volume of chants, noise and songs that come out of stadia like the Signal Iduna Park in Dortmund, the Veltins Arena, home of Schalke 04, the Nou Camp, you would almost liken the Emirates to a Library. Here is a list of stadia and their noise levels for the 2010/2011 season. Arsenal was ranked 11th, while title rivals Liverpool (about 20,000 less than the Emirates) and Manchester United lead the way

As gooners of steel, we are dreaming of carrying a trophy by May 2014 and for that dream to come true, our home form would be crucial. If it requires us to increase the noise levels ta the Emirates for us to win a trophy this season, let us shout our way to the title #coyg
